The Dance
Santanico Pandemonium (Salma Hayek) dances for the whole bar, but especially for RichieGecko (Quentin Tarantino).
The music ("After Dark" by Tito & Tarantula) and Selma's bikini outfit were definitely memorable. And, of course, after that dance the whole mood of the movie changed from gangster road movie to vampire splatter!

Peace
His brother Richie (Quentin Tarantino) has turned into a vampire and Seth (George Clooney) kills him by putting a stake through Richie's heart saying "I wish you the peace in death I could never give you in life."
The scene displays nicely the good relationship between the brothers. Seth was always looking after his brother and it was a difficult, but necessary decision to kill Richie.
